My Matcha Collagen Oatmeal Recipe
Having a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm position makes it challenging to make meals that are both filling and healthy. Being a matcha-obsessed human, I came up with the PERFECT recipe, which has become my newest breakfast go-to. You might already know that Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen is the biggest staple in my food cabinet. I put it in almost everything, at least once per day, preferably breakfast time. I’ve posted my Matcha Protein Smoothie Recipe, so here is my Matcha Collagen Oatmeal Recipe. It’s so great because you get the benefits of both Matcha and Collagen, making you feel glowy from the inside out. Trust me, it’s realllllllly good:
Heat up your preferred oatmeal in a bowl (plain works best).
Add in a scoop of Vital proteins Collagen and a splash of almond milk and stir.
Stir in your preferred sweeteners (honey, stevia, vanilla).
Top with your favorite toppings. Here I chose: banana, pecans, shredded cocount, chia seeds, cacao nibs, hemp seeds and a drizzle of honey.
