My Matcha Chia Seed Pudding Recipe


I am all about making quick and easy breakfasts that sit overnight and are ready for me in the morning. This Matcha Chia Seed Pudding is something I make a few times a week and it’s the most perfect combination that gives me what I need in the morning to feel fueled up for the day. I love incorporating Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen into almost every morning routine, from lattes to smoothies to oatmeal and beyond. If you haven’t learned about my obsession with this product yet, now you know! Here’s the recipe for this yummy morning treat:

1 scoop of Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen

2 cups of almond milk

1 cup of chia seeds (depending on the consistency you prefer)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all together in a tupperware and let it sit overnight. You’ll wake up in the morning with breakfast all ready to go! I like to top with banana, cacao nibs, blueberries and honey :) Enjoy. xo
