Matcha Collagen Yogurt
I know, I know, how many Matcha Collagen breakfast recipes could Aerial possibly make?! The answer is that the opportunities are endless, haha! I just cannot get enough of Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen because it’s the perfect product to take on-the-go and you can throw it into pretty much anything. Plus, as a non-coffee drinker, I am able to get a decent amount of caffeine while also taking care of my skin, hair and nails from the inside out! I’ve definitely experienced a difference when I first started incorporating this into my life daily.
I recently started incorporating yogurt back into my diet in the mornings and I’m loving it so far. Then I thought… I don’t know that a Matcha yogurt exists! So, of course, I made that happen. It’s easy peasy- pick a yogurt of choice, preferably a plain flavor (can be non-dairy as well). Then pour in a Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen packet and stir it up. Top with your favorite toppings (I like granola, coconut shreds, pecans and a little bit of honey). And that’s it! So, so easy and quick- the perfect breakfast when you’re short on time in the morning. Any ideas for my next Matcha collagen concoction? Let me know!
